Who processes your data

What data I process

This website has no forms and does not collect visitor data for marketing purposes. If you contact me by phone or email, I only process the information you provide (name, email, phone, date and event details), solely to reply and prepare an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – steps prior to entering into a contract).

I keep this data only for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry, or for the duration of our cooperation and periods required by law.

Cookies

Essential cookies – the website only stores your choice in the cookie bar (vs_consent, valid for 6 months). These cookies are necessary for the website to work and do not require consent.

External media – portfolio videos are loaded from Instagram (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) and TikTok (TikTok Technology Ltd.). These services may set their own cookies and process data under their own policies, so videos are loaded only after you consent. You can change your choice at any time via Cookie settings in the footer.

Hosting

The website runs on the servers of a web hosting provider, which may briefly keep access logs (e.g. IP address and time of visit) for technical and security reasons.

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. If you believe your data is not handled lawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (dataprotection.gov.sk).
